I took my hoover wind tunnel in for a new switch, (and as it turned out had a really bad HEPA filter) I’ve never taken a vacuum in for repair before this so have no idea on competitive pricing but even though I may have thought at the moment the cost was a little high, I was more than pleased with how well my vacuum works. It even looked new! Extremely great and fun customer service! I highly recommend A-1 and will only take a vacuum to them for service.
